Aural illusion v4.0 screen shots |
Here are some screen shots of Aural illusion v4.0 which is currently in
development. Shown here are a number of displays including various processed samples.
The red lines indicate a "Zone", this is used to copy sample data without requiring any additional clipboard memory. Also shown is the masterpiece of high weirdness that is the "Attractor Display". This is a display method used in Chaos theory which shows the dynamics of the sample, It tends to produce unexpected and often bizarre displays. |
Expand makes the loud louder and the quiet quieter so most detail is concentrated around the centre in the Attractor
The "Chaos" noise generator produces a smooth curve in the Attractor but reverse it while mixing with itself a couple of times and you get these curved shapes.
ANDing two different "chaos" sample produces this, ORing them produces the mirror image.
The left hand side of the stereo display shown is Chaos which has been processed with the manipulation Capacitance producing this odd shape.
